Intensive residental treatment services (IRTS)
“Providing short-term, 24/7 mental health services in a safe and supportive environment.”
What is IRTS?
Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) is a short-term, structured mental health program that provides 24/7 residential care and support for individuals experiencing severe mental health challenges. The goal of IRTS is to stabilize symptoms, build coping skills, and support individuals in transitioning to independent living or lower levels of care.
A Holistic Approach to Mental Wellness
At Gateway Health Services, our residential program provides a nurturing, home-like atmosphere where individuals can focus on their recovery with 24/7 staff availability. With a dedicated team of mental health professionals, we help individuals manage mental health and substance use conditions, develop coping skills, and prepare for a self-sufficient lifestyle.
We provide support for those transitioning from hospitalization, those in crisis, or those needing intensive care to prevent re-hospitalization. Our residential setting fosters a nurturing and therapeutic environment where individuals can focus on building the skills needed for long-term stability and well-being.
