Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) are designed to help individuals develop the skills necessary to manage their mental health and maintain an independent, fulfilling life. Our services focus on skill-building, emotional well-being, and fostering self-sufficiency

Our Individual Psychotherapy services are tailored for individuals who:
- Life Skills Coaching: Hands-on support in meal planning, budgeting, personal hygiene, and household maintenance to promote daily independence.
- Personalized Support Plans: Individualized care plans tailored to each person’s unique goals and challenges, helping them establish healthy routines and long-term objectives.
- Community Integration & Social Skills: Assistance in accessing resources, employment opportunities, and social activities to foster meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging.
- Mental Health Symptom Management: Guidance in recognizing and managing mental health symptoms, preventing relapse, and developing coping strategies.
- Crisis Planning & Prevention: Support in creating action plans to manage challenges, build resilience, and prevent mental health crises.
Who Can Benefit from ARMHS?
Our ARMHS program is designed for adults who experience mental health challenges that affect their ability to manage daily life. You may qualify if you:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Have a qualifying mental health diagnosis such as:
- Anxiety disorders
- Depression
- Bipolar disorder
- PTSD and other mental health conditions
Struggle with daily tasks and need support in building life skills
Want to improve communication, develop healthy routines, and set personal goals
Are eligible for Medical Assistance (MA) or Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP) coverage
